Where to Find These Deviations in Once Human

In case you didn’t know, Deviations are an important part of gameplay in Once Human. Deviations are more than just companions—they're cute (and sometimes a bit creepy) pets that help you gather resources, explore the map, or even fight by your side. Toward the end of Once Human Season 1 and Season 2, the developers added more deviations, some of which are variations of existing deviations. Here’s how to find some of the more helpful and, dare I say, cuter, deviations.

Fetch-a-Lot Bunny in Securement

Fetch-a-Lot Bunny

The Fetch-a-Lot Bunny is one of the cutest and most useful Deviations in Once Human. Fetch-a-Lot collects plants including the elusive morel. You can find the Fetch-a-Lot Bunny by chopping down the Bald Cypress in the Broken Delta region. The best places to look are around map coordinates 5379, 6513, and 4913, 2518.

Hug in a Bowl

The Hug-n-a-Bowl Deviation is a Gadget Deviation that gives players Delicious Soup used to make Homestyle Noodles at the Supplies Workbench. Homestyle Noodles reduce your sanity. You need the food Hug-in-a-Bowl recipe to get the Hug-in-a-Bowl deviation. You can get the Hug-n-a-Bowl recipe when you get the Electric Stove memetic. When you make the Hug-in-a-Bowl dish, you need to use Deviated Peppercorn instead of regular Peppercorn. This increases your chances of getting the deviation. Also, other recipes that require deviated peppercorn have a chance to give you the Hug-in-a-Bowl deviation. You can find deviated plants throughout the wilderness. Or you can cultivate deviated plants with mutilation boost fertilizer.

Frog the Leaper

Frog the Leaper is the Deviation with multiple uses. It creates the Silver Spring used to create the Whim potion Spring Legs and Universal Bait for fishing. Search for this Deviation at coordinates 4745, -6370 in the Broken Delta region or 5632, 3845 in Iron River.

Growshroom

The Growshroom speeds up crop production in your territory. To find it, harvest mushrooms in the wild or from your base. A great place to start farming is southeast of High Banks in Broken Delta, near coordinates 5500, 6070. Another spot to farm mushrooms is the Mushroom Cave next to Sunbury. You can glide down into the cave from the Teleportation Tower. I found one of my Growshrooms in Broken Delta.

Buzzy Bee

Buzzy Bee increases the chance of your crops becoming deviated crops. You’ll find this Deviation in farmlands, with the best locations being the Evergreen Vineyard and The Brewery near Evergreen at Chalk Peak. The best times to catch Buzzy Bee here are between 5 AM and 5 PM. Also, check out Citrus County at Dayton Wetlands where I found Buzzy Bee at 10 PM. Citrus County also has plenty of banana and coconut trees.

Snow Globe

If you’re a fan of crowd control, the Snow Globe is a fun choice. The Snow Globe Deviation is a rare reward for clearing the Securement Silo PSI at coordinates 2514, 2616 in the Red Sands region. It produces Snowdust, which can be crafted into Snowballs that apply Slowdown and Freeze debuffs to your foes. The Snow Globe is another PvE server exclusive.

Digby Boy

Digby isn’t a new deviation. However, now Digby Boy has two other variants: Gold and Shiny. Not only does Digby Boy mine ore, but it will also operate your Mining Platform for you. You can get you first Digby Boy by completing the Deviation Expert Side Quest from Lowe at Deadsville (coordinates 4288, 1297) or by mining rare ores, which increases the chances of a Digby Boy appearing.
