Best Places to Find Concrete in Fallout 76

In Fallout 76, concrete is one of those resources that’s essential to camp building. If you’re like me, maybe you were wandering around the Wasteland doing quests and you casually saw cement bags laying around but you’re too busy to pick them up. Then later while building your camp you needed those cement bags and couldn’t remember where you saw them. Don’t worry. We gotchu.

Cement is one of the most needed resources for camp building in Fallout 76. From foundational floors and brick walls to weapon mods and certain pieces of furniture - you will need cement to make them. Though there’s plenty of concrete around the Wasteland, it can be difficult to find. While there are plenty of places to find cement, these are the best places to find cement in Fallout 76.

How to Farm Cement in Fallout 76

You can find cement to make concrete from a few sources.

  • Bulk concrete can be bought from railroad station vendors.

  • Find blue garden gnomes and scrap them for concrete.

  • Find red garden gnomes and scrap them for concrete.

  • Find broken garden gnomes and scrap them for concrete.

  • Find concrete scraps.

  • Find concrete extractor veins.

Abandoned Bog Town

One of the best places to farm concrete in Fallout 76 is Abandoned Bog Town. When you first arrive in Abandoned Bog Town, be careful. Super Mutants are roaming. There’s a Red Rocket Gas Station in the center of Abandoned Bog Town. To the left of the Red Rocket Station, there’s scaffolding attached to the tallest building in the town. Go up the scaffolding to the second floor. There’s a hole in the building’s wall. Right there, just inside the hole in the wall, to your right, are several bags of cement. Walk around the room and to the right of the elevator you will find four more bags of cement. And behind you, on the table, there may be another bag of cement.

Kanawha County Cemetery

In Kanawha County Cemetary, there’s a big church full of cultists. To the left of the church, just a little ways, is a little shed. Inside the shed, you will find about five bags of cement.

Lewis and Sons Farming Supply

When you get to Lewis and Sons Farming Supply, there is a ruined house in the back, to the right of the gardens. On the opposite entrance to the house, there are a few bags of cement. Sometimes there are other bags of cement throughout the area, so it’s helpful to look around. But the cement bags in that broken-down house always respawn there.

Monorail Elevator

When you port to the Monorail Elevator, there are two elevators you can take that will lead you to the cement bags. The elevator on the left will take you closer. Take the elevator to the top floor. If you’re afraid of heights, this one might be a doozy for you. Follow the railing and scaffolding and you’ll find plenty of cement bags and garden gnomes in the area.

New River Gorge Bridge

If you fast-travel from New River Gorge East, you will land near New River Gorge Resort. From where you land, cross the bridge toward New River Gorge West, where you may encounter some ghouls and bloodbugs. When you get to the overturned truck of toxic waste, go to the other side of the truck where you will find a few bags of cement. Coming from New River Gorge West, just go across the bridge until you get to the toxic waste truck.

You can find cement virtually anywhere in Fallout 76. However, these are the best places to find concrete with reliable respawn.
