NTE Nameless Hospital - How to Complete Ending 1: The Price of Betrayal
The Nameless Hospital is one of the most unsettling Anomaly Commissions in Neverness to Everness. The Nightmare-Bound Commission is a survival horror detour in a city full of fun, often bubbly supernatural chaos. There are four endings to unlock, each requiring a different set of clues. Ending 1, The Price of Betrayal, is where everyone starts; and it sets the rules for everything that follows. This Nameless Hospital Ending 1 walkthrough does not require going to the generator room.
How to Start the Nameless Hospital Quest
To start the Nameless Hospital quest, head to Hethereau Municipal Hospital in Illusion Town, located near Onion Road. Inside, turn left from the reception desk and find the stairwell. Speak to the NPC staring into the corner and select the "(Close Eyes)" dialogue option. All four endings begin here. Once you get inside the illusion, you will need to find four Anomaly Disorder Clues.

Talk to this man to start the quest
A quick note before you go in: the Bandaged Monster roams the hospital halls and cannot be defeated. Getting caught sends you back to the start, but your collected clues are saved. Don't panic (like me) if it spots you. You can also hide in the blue Storage Containers and the bandage monster will bypass you. Listen for its footsteps. You should be able to hear which direction it is walking and how far away it is. Collect Anomaly Disorder Clue i
As soon as you spawn into the anomalous zone, look to the right. There's a desk with a monitor. Inspect it to collect Anomaly Disorder Clue I.
Now, the rest of the clues will take some running around and even some hiding. Remember, you can hide in Storage Containers.
Collect Anomaly Disorder Clue II
So, here’s how to get to Anomaly Disorder Clue II:
From the monitor desk, go left down the hall then right, passed the door on the right that closes on its own.
At the corridor intersection, turn right following the sign toward the ER.
Move forward into the large open reception area
Grab the 1F Keychain from the reception desk.
Across the room from the reception desk is door. Go in and collect Anomaly Disorder Clue II
Collect Anomaly Disorder Clue III
When you exit the room go straight across the lobby down the hall passed the vending machines.
Go all the way down the hall, passing the two doors on the right. Then, across the hall, enter the room and go the computer on the table. Collect Anomaly Disorder Clue III.
The bandage monster will spawn at the door. Dodge him as best as possible.
Collect Anomaly Disorder Clue IV
Run into the adjoining room. Then run into the next room. Go out the front door and all the way down the hall.
Enter the room at the very end of the hall.
Go into the adjacent room and collect the Anomaly Disorder Clue IV from the computer.
Turn in Your Clues
Go through the adjacent rooms until you get to a room where the door is blocked by trash bags.
There are lockers to the right of the door and one of the lockers has a Spare 1F key. Take it if you want.
Back to the door. Destroy the trash bags and exit the room.
Go to the double doors to your immediate left and unlock the door. Go up the stairs.
Go the right into the lobby.
Behind the reception desk is a door. Go in.
There are three video recorders.
Place the Anomaly Disorder Clues into each one, starting with the recorder on the left, then right, then in the back.
