New Apartments in Cyberpunk 2077

Have you checked out the new apartments in Cyberpunk 2077 yet? CD Project Red added four apartments for purchase across Night City in patch 1.5. They also added the ability to upgrade V’s original apartment in Megabuilding H10.

Including V’s starter apartment, players can now have up to five apartments. There’s no limit to how many apartments you can purchase. As long as you’ve got the Eddies, the sky’s the limit. Each apartment has a Fast Travel just outside of the entrance. They all have little idiosyncratic features to set them apart from each other.

How to Get a New Apartment in Cyberpunk 2077

Getting one, or all of the new apartments in Night City is relatively easy, provided you have the eddies. Go to V’s original apartment and get on the computer. Go to Net. On the bottom right you’ll see EZEstates. Click on that. On the left side, there’s an option for Rent and Makeover, with a map of the available locations just beneath it. Click on Rent to see what’s available. Then, select which apartment you want to buy.

You can also go to the apartment’s location and purchase the apartment at the front desk. Though it says, “rent”, it’s a one-time purchase.

Cyberpunk Apartment Buffs

In case you didn’t already know, eating and drinking apply buffs to your character. You can also gain buffs from eating, sleeping, and brewing coffee in your apartments. Your buffs will be shown to the right of your health bar.

  • Sleep: Get a 20% XP Bonus

  • Take a Shower: Get the 'Refreshed' buff for one hour, which regenerates health during combat up to 60%. If you have Regeneration Perk, gain an additional 20% health regeneration.

  • Brew Coffee: Get ‘Energized' for one hour with 25% Max Stamina and 30% Stamina regeneration. Brew Coffee is only available at Corpo Plaza and The Glen Apartments.

Remember, sleep first, then get your other buffs. Otherwise, Sleep will erase the other buffs and you’ll just have to redo them.

V’s Apartment at Megabuilding H10

V’s Apartment is the standard apartment given to you. Though it seems to be in a slum of a building, it has a few perks the new apartments do not have. At least, they don’t have these perks just yet.

One perk that V’s original apartment has is parking. Megabuilding H10 has access to a parking garage. It’s pretty convenient when you have to actually drive up to the building. Granted, you can’t save your cars or cars you steal in the garage.

You can get Nibbles the cat as a pet. There’s a quest to get your neighbor’s cat to live with you. The quest is just around the corner down the right hallway from the apartment. You’ll see a shard in the garbage that says, “Feed the Cat.” And on the floor, there will be a white bowl. This requires you to get some cat food. You can get cat food at almost any food vendor in Night City, but the closest place is the food vendor at Kabuki Market. After you purchase your cat food, go back to the apartment, to the hallway where the cat food bowl is, and put the food in the bowl. Wait 24 hours and go back to where the cat bowl is. Pick up the cat. Fast forward to V putting the cat in the laundry basket.

At present, V’s original apartment is the only one you can upgrade. Go to the computer in V’s OG apartment and go to EZEstate. On the left side of the website, you can see Makeovers. There, you’ll have six options to choose from. Each option costs 10,000 eddies.
