The Daily Mail has learned that multiple women have accused Stan Lee of sexual harassment in his Hollywood Hills home. The women, all nurses, work for the same nursing home, which caters to the Hollywood elite.

Lee, 95, is said to have "asked for oral sex in the shower, walked around naked and wanted to be 'pleasured' in the bedroom. The nursing company, who has not been identified, claims "that Stan has sexually harassed every single nurse that has been to the house."

Tom Lallas, Stan Lee's attorney said in a statement to DailyMail.com: 'Mr. Lee categorically denies these false and despicable allegations and he fully intends to fight to protect his stellar good name and impeccable character." Instead of filing a police report or a civil suit, the women of the nursing home have demanded payment or they will take their story to the media. Lallas says that "Mr Lee will not be extorted or blackmailed, and will pay no money to anyone because he has done absolutely nothing wrong."

Julie Wozniak, a representative for his current nursing company, Vitale Nursing, Inc has said that "Lee has been nothing but 'polite, kind and respectful' since they took over.

Amid the sexual harassment allegations, TMZ learned that Lee's staff discovered that someone had written a check for $300,000 to his partner organization, Hands of Respect LLC without Lee's knowledge or consent. Beverly Hills Police Department is investigating and it's believed that someone inside the organization forged the check to keep the money for him/herself. TMZ also also discovered that someone used $850,000 of Lee's money to buy a condo in West Hollywood.

Joan Lee, Stan Lee's wife of 69 years, passed away July 7, 2017.
