Fallout 76 Wastelanders - Ally: Bring Home the Beacon
The ally quest: Bring Home the Beacon is probably one of the more easy to get through quests out there. But, it can be a bit difficult to find in the Valley Galleria if you don’t already have it discovered and are low level. Here’s a very simple guide to getting in and getting out.
You will have first completed the ally quest, In Case of Emergency, given by astronaut Sofia Daguerre and accepted the Bring Home the Beacon quest.
Make Your Way to Valley Galleria
The Valley Galleria is located in The Mire—the far right side of Appalachia. Once you get there, expect level 22-62 Scorched to be in the parking lot. There won’t be many, but they are there. There’s also a Red Rocket gas station with a STASH box inside, making this a great place to farm weapons to vendor and junk and materials for crafting.
When you go inside the Valley Galleria, there will be level 50 to 70 Scorched inside. Just after you enter the Galleria, go left until you come to another left. This will take you to a small flight of stairs down and into slightly flooded floors. Go down that and stay to your left until you come to a doorway (not a store). Go to the hallway and up the stairs to the mezzanine and go left until you get to the Electronics Store. There will be a few scorched in the Electronics Store guarding a steamer chest in the back of the store. Take them out, go to the chest, and get your U.S.S.A. Beacon. I use a sniper build, so it was easy for me to sneak, get my headshots, get in, get my stuff and go.
If you find yourself overencumbered, remember, there’s a Red Rocket just across the parking lot. Hope this mini guide helps.
