Kickstarter presents: Country-life RPG, Harvest Days
On Aug. 31, 2021, Toplitz Production announced their support of the independent developer, Family Devs, in Oberhaching, Germany. Family Devs is an indie video game studio founded by father-son duo Luis and Pau in 2020. The studio is developing an open-ended country-life RPG called Harvest Days.
Harvest Days is an immersive game that helps players live country life in a sandbox. You can relax after a long day of fast-paced city life. You perform simulated daily activities in game-time ranging from business to farming to social interactions. Players create and maintain a dream farm by harvesting crops and nurturing animals. You develop the rural Duda’s village to boost the economy. You can spread your explorer wings by discovering new places and practicing conservation with eco-friendly daily tasks and much more. There is always something to do in this pastoral sandbox. Enjoy the nostalgia of living a simple life away from your real city life.
Kickstarter encourages sponsors starting from €20, for which they receive a digital game copy upon early access launch. Sponsors can choose their preferred console or version at launch. They are also entitled to a package of Kickstarter-exclusive goodies. The goody bag contains a feature in-game in the Friends of The Village book, an HD digital wallpaper pack, special “Harvester Outfit” cosmetic, and access to unlocked rewards via stretch goals.
The Stretch goals segment includes the Multiplayer feature, which allows you to connect and play with friends, a Farming Expansion, experience Additional Season Events, share your progress on your social media with the Photo Mode feature, and more.
Sponsors with higher pledges have access to even more exclusive rewards. A sponsorship of €35 and above credits you as a Developer, and you get updates on development. For €50 or more, you get a double pack you can gift your friends. The Deluxe Harvester Pack for sponsorship of €70 or more gives you access to exclusive pets and rewards from previous tiers. The higher you invest, the more your rewards. The expected launch is in late 2022; early access on PC-only would be available to sponsors earlier in the same year.
